CNA Training for all

CNA Training is open to men and women alike who have the temperament for nursing and care giving. It is a little unfortunate the in the world of surpassing sophistication and learning, there is still gender discrimination and the percentage of men who apply for positions in nursing as a profession is far lower than in the case of women. It has to be a stereotype that only women are looked upon as care-givers being patient, uncomplaining and empathetic to the sufferings of their fellow humans. It has got to be realized that men can also be as patient, tender and gentle where administering comfort is concerned; this is attitude that CNA Training attempts to foster.

If the existing constraint of gender discrimination continues there might come a day when there is acute shortage of male nurses, and this is not a healthy scenario for the healthcare industry. These bars and biases need not exist where a noble profession like service to mankind in the form of nursing is concerned. There is a maxim in the ancient scriptures of India which says “Service to humanity is service to divinity” which has been taken very seriously by man. All religions, irrespective of their other beliefs, agree that service to mankind is the best way to achieve enlightenment in the eyes of the Lord. A human by showing allegiance and empathy to his or her fellow beings show respects for God’s creation.
